Thank you soooo much!!!! We really enjoyed the dvd!! it was awesome and the picture came out clear. I bought this dvd for my 3 year old neice and she adores Dora, so this dvd was a HIT!!!!!!!!! Everytime Dora says her name, she looks in astonishment and says "dora's talking to meeeee?!" LOL. too cute!! also the delivery was really fast. it was processed on Wed and i received it on friday!! wow. Thanks again and truly appreciate your help. One happy customer

Thanks for the awesome Dora Bday DVD gift for my nephew! At first, I wasn't sure if I would have enough time to order it since his bday falls on 4th of July. But after communication via phone and email, I was able to get more feedback that my order would be shipped out within 3 or less business days. Thanks again for the personalized DVD. My nephew has seen it at least 100 times (well that's what my family told me) and I actually believe them! Good times. If you are unsure of this one, be assured the young one will always cherish him or herself on TV and be amazed they are a star on their very own personalized bday video! I was very pleased. The quality of the video was great. Dora said my child's name very clearly. Her picture was also clear. The customer service was beyond 5 stars. I contacted them and recieved an immediate response and solution. Very personable. My daughter and I are very happy with this product!

I have bought this video for several children, and have gotten rave reviews from all. The look on their faces when they see themselves and hear their names is priceless. Great story, great quality.

Just wanted to say thanks... I purchased the Dora video and it was a true hit. My Daughter loves it!! I also liked the fact that I received a call prior to the video to make sure I was ok with how Dora pronounced my daughter's name. Thanks for the heads up!
